1. What we collect
When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We store this to create and identify your account. We also collect content you create — cards, posts, messages — and usage data such as pages visited and features used.
2. How we use it
We use your data to operate the platform, personalise your feed, deliver messages, and send transactional emails. We use analytics to understand how the product is used and improve it. We do not sell your data to any third party.
3. Third-party services
We use: Google (authentication), Neon (database), Cloudflare (security and CDN), Sentry (error tracking), PostHog (analytics), and Resend (email). Each has its own privacy policy.
4. Data retention
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account. All personal data is permanently removed within 30 days of deletion.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Email privacy@cobucket.com to make a request.
