Cobucket is built for people who want to connect, learn, and create around shared interests. These guidelines define the standards that keep our community safe, respectful, and valuable for everyone. Violations may result in content removal, suspension, or a permanent ban.

Child safety
Any content that sexualises, exploits, or endangers minors will result in immediate account termination and report to law enforcement.
Channel & Group Owners
When you create a channel or group you take on responsibility for moderating its content. This means:
- Removing posts that violate these guidelines
- Not allowing your community to become a space for coordinated harassment
- Marking your channel as NSFW if it contains adult content (where permitted)
- Responding cooperatively to moderation actions from our team
Channels or groups that consistently violate these guidelines may be removed even if individual posts are reported separately.
Enforcement
We apply a graduated enforcement approach based on severity and frequency:
Warning
First minor violation. Content is removed and you receive a warning notice.
Temporary suspension
Repeated minor violations or a moderate violation. Account suspended for 1–30 days.
Permanent ban
Severe violations (e.g. child safety, illegal content, coordinated abuse) or repeated suspensions.
We reserve the right to skip steps for severe violations. Decisions can be appealed by emailing appeals@cobucket.app within 14 days. Appeals are reviewed within 5 business days.
Reporting Violations
If you see content or behaviour that violates these guidelines, please report it using the Report button found on every channel, group, card, and message. We review all reports within 24 hours.
For urgent safety concerns (e.g. credible threats of violence, child exploitation) email us immediately at safety@cobucket.app.
